About QLC DEVELOPMENTS

Founded by James Dickey, who later co-opted Elijah Ross in a partnership, Middlefield Ohio's QLC Developments was created with one goal: build trauma-capable medical kits we can stand behind. We design kits the same way we would want them built for our own families, vehicles, and workplaces. We unashamedly ground ourselves, and our business, in Christlike principles, and use these principles as the foundation of our business. A house built on sand will fall!

At QLC, our mission is to build kits that focus on what actually matters. While our kits still include practical first aid basics for everyday injuries, we refuse to stop there. Every QLC kit is designed to address the emergencies that matter most—airway obstruction, massive bleeding, stabilization of traumatic injuries, thermal management, and more. We achieve this effectively using proven equipment that allows even the uninitiated to act when it counts.
