QLC Developments takes pride in the quality of every product we sell. Because our products are tactical medical equipment intended for life-safety applications, all sales are subject to strict return conditions for safety and hygiene reasons.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy exists because opened medical equipment cannot be restocked or resold, and because the integrity, sterility, and reliability of life-safety equipment cannot be verified once the manufacturer’s packaging seal has been broken. This includes but is not limited to: tourniquets, hemostatic gauze, chest seals, nasopharyngeal airways, pressure dressings, and assembled IFAK kits. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Unopened, factory-sealed products in their original condition may be submitted for return consideration within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by carrier tracking. All return requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of QLC Developments. Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval, credit, replacement, or refund. QLC Developments reserves the right to deny any return request without obligation to provide reasoning. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return request, contact james@qlcdev.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return request
- Photographs showing the item is unopened and in original packaging
Do not ship any item back without first receiving written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from QLC Developments. Unauthorized returns — items shipped back without an approved RMA — will not be accepted, will not be credited, and QLC Developments assumes no responsibility for unauthorized return shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is the direct result of a verified fulfillment error on the part of QLC Developments (e.g., wrong item shipped). QLC Developments does not provide prepaid return labels except in cases of verified fulfillment error.
