PRICING AND ERRORS
We strive for accuracy in all pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. QLC Developments reserves the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

Class Action Waiver: You and QLC Developments each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Jury Trial Waiver: Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service.
CHANGES TO TERMS
QLC Developments reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of this website following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically.
