Shipping Policy

QLC Developments ships all orders from our facility in Middlefield, Ohio.

PROCESSING TIME

Many QLC products are assembled to order. Processing times vary by product type, kit complexity, and current order volume. QLC Developments makes no guarantee regarding specific processing or fulfillment timelines. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence in which they are received. Placing an order does not reserve a specific ship date. We strive to process most orders within 3–5 business days, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

MADE-TO-ORDER PROVISION

Certain kits and bundles offered by QLC Developments are built, assembled, and quality-checked upon receipt of your order. As a result, lead times for these products may extend beyond what is typical for pre-stocked retail items. QLC Developments will make reasonable efforts to communicate expected timelines and any significant delays, but expressly disclaims any liability for losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from shipping delays, carrier delays, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or any other circumstances outside our direct control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx at our discretion. Carrier selection is determined by package weight, dimensions, destination, cost, and availability. Carrier selection is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Specific carrier requests may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders totaling $150 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

QLC Developments does not currently ship outside the United States. We are unable to process or fulfill international orders at this time.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

QLC Developments is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. QLC Developments will assist with carrier claims where possible but cannot guarantee resolution, replacement, or refund for carrier-related issues.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. QLC Developments is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
