Overview

North American Rescue® Wound Packing Gauze provides sterile packing material in a compact Z-folded configuration designed for trauma kits and IFAKs. The gauze includes an embedded X-ray detectable line and is vacuum packed to minimize storage space while still providing a full five yards of wound packing material.

How It Works
The Z-fold packaging allows the gauze to feed smoothly during wound packing, helping maintain control while filling wound channels. This format prevents the gauze from rolling away and allows it to be applied as a continuous linear feed.
