Overview
Moving an injured patient safely can be difficult, especially in confined spaces, remote environments, or active emergency scenes. Traditional rigid stretchers are effective but often too large to store in compact medical kits or emergency vehicles.

The Rescue Essentials® QuikLitter™ provides a lightweight and packable solution for casualty evacuation when rapid patient movement is required. Designed for emergency response environments such as mass casualty incidents and tactical medical operations, the QuikLitter allows multiple responders to safely carry a patient using reinforced handholds while maintaining stability during transport.

How It Works
The QuikLitter is constructed from high-strength non-woven fabric reinforced with military-grade nylon webbing. Once removed from its compact package, the litter unfolds to full size and allows responders to carry a patient using ten strategically placed handholds.

Four handles on each side and one at the head and foot allow multiple rescuers to distribute weight evenly while transporting the patient. The design allows safe lifting and carrying in areas where wheeled stretchers or rigid litters cannot be used. The litter is designed for patient carry only and is not intended to be used as a drag device.
